The mandolin alone would be worth the $9.99 despite numerous issues with pitch, sustain and note volume spikes and dips. But twice the whole Guitars Vol 2 library conked out completely—i.e. it's not available in MuseScore Studio's Mixer Sound menu. So for weeks I haven't been able to work on scores that use the mandolin and, obviously, neither can I export audio from them. I sent a support request thru MuseHub's official support mechanism 9 days ago. I've only received a generic reply containing links that suggest I attempt to get help with MuseHub problems by posting inquiries on .org and Github. Well THAT's support! No human replies to my follow up emails to support@musehub.org I see LOTS of people on the MuseHub forum having unresolved issues with MuseHub downloads.. And for some yet unanswered reason, I can't post to that forum—it seems I get logged out everytime there's a handoff to Zendesk. I expected more from one of the money making branches of Muse Group. MuseHub, if you're listening, please give me reason to trust MuseHub. Glad to update this review if MuseScore comes forth with a solution. No one from .org or Github has offered any advice. Muse Guitars Vol. 2 Reviews
First time buying a product. its not that bad . The only thing l'd like is to have the sub member of some of these instrument like an Irish tenor banjo or tenor ukulele
While all instruments of this package sound great, ukulele (in constrast to mandoline or banjo) does not play the bass notes needed for low-g instruments ... 😭
Great pack of guitars. They all have a nice variety of sounds and the inclusion of articulation (let ring, slide, vibrato, scoops) is very nice, and this pack compliments volume 1 very well is works good on its own. I don't personally write counrty music (what this pack was designed for) but nevertheless it is very good. 9/10 B on staff for the Electric Telecaster doesn't sustain, but otherwise, nice.
...despite the price tag and some playback Issues that I hope are fixed with future updates
Not only are the additional sounds better but they have many of the missing articulations in Vol. 1. Hopefully they will get added to them as well. I think there was a small problem with the original offering causing to to occasionally disappear from the menu but it has now been updated and hopefully fixed. Highly reccomended addition.
