Strokes by Cong Burn is an all-in-one workstation for sequencing, sampling, and synthesis, designed to encourage free-flow experimentation and exploration of rhythm and modulation. It features eight sequencing channels—four user-defined and four logic-driven—for dynamic rhythmic patterns. Users can choose from 24 oscillator types or import custom samples, with built-in filters, reverb, and delay for sound customisation. The Matrix and Weights systems offer deep, responsive modulation possibilities across all elements. For live performance, Strokes provides pattern blending, crossfaders, and intuitive XY pads to ensure seamless transitions and engaging performances. Compatible as a VST3/AU plugin or standalone app, it supports major DAWs and iOS devices.
