Introduction
- This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) explains what information we (as defined below) collect and how we use it when you (“you” and “your”) use our MuseHub app (the “MuseHub App” or “App”) and visit our website: http://www.musehub.com (‘Website’).
- This Notice also sets out the rights that you have in relation to the information that we process about you and how you can exercise them.
- The MuseHub Team treats compliance with its privacy obligations seriously. This is why we have developed this Notice, which describes the standards that the MuseHub Team applies to protect your information.
- For the purposes of this Notice, MuseCY SM Ltd., a Cyprus company with a registered office at Spyrou Kyprianou, 84, 4004, Limassol, Cyprus (“MuseHub Team“, “us“, “we“, or “our“) acts as the data controller for the information that is collected via the App. As a data controller, the MuseHub Team makes sure that any processing of your information complies with applicable data protection law, and specifically with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (”CCPA”).

Where did we get your data from

What information does MuseHub collect and why
- Registration. We may process your email and full name to create your account. The legal basis for this processing is our contract with you.
- Subscription Management. We may process your email, purchase and payment data to handle subscriptions, cancellations, payments, and refunds. The legal basis for this processing is our contract with you.
- Customer Support and Communication with you. We may process your personal data to respond to your queries, inform you about your transactions, and send updates or important notices. The legal basis for this processing is our contract with you.
- Analytics. We may collect your Browser and App behavior data to improve our products, enhance user experience, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure proper Website and App's functionality. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest.
- Marketing Communications. We may send you exclusive offers, updates, and marketing newsletters. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.
- Error Reporting. We may process your data when you report bugs or errors. The legal basis for this processing is our contract with you.

Data storage, retention, deletion and security

- All data is stored and hosted within the territory of the European Union and/or the European Economic Area (EU/EEA) and The United States of America.

The services these vendors provide to us are transaction services, analytics, improvement of the Website's and App's features.

- The MuseHub App provides the ability for users to download other applications and get content examples for these Applications. Please note that these are separate services governed by their own privacy policies.
- The MuseHub App may contain hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These websites have their own privacy policies and we urge you to review them. They will govern the use of personal information you submit whilst visiting these websites.
- We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the privacy practices of such third-party websites and your use of such websites is at your own risk.
