Was simple to use and gave me very accurate scans!

I tried many scanner. This one has by far the highest accuracy

Just downloaded this, and like the previous review, it won't load... also downloaded the "user guide" and it's a joke. Can't load, all I get is this message: Unable to launch Sheet Music Scanner . Muse Hub was unable to find where Sheet Music Scanner is installed on your computer. This can happen if Sheet Music Scanner is installed in an unusual location or underneath a different user account. Waiting to hear from customer service before asking for a refund.

Probably a Muse Hub Issue, but this is a terrible first impression.
